Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY
* All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact .
* COD Orders are not returnable or exchanged.
* Return request has to raise within 2-3 days of goods delivered,after 3 days return request will not be considerable.
* If the product is damaged then you can return the product according to our exchange policy.
* If the returned product does not belongs to the seller the  then seller is not liable to refund the amount of order.
* if the seller found that product is damaged by the buyer then refund will not be initiate.
* Mask are non-Retunable Product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse or dispatch for the same.Once the order status changed to dispatch then the buyer is not able to cancel the order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
* Advantage of Exchange Policy is enjoyed by the buyers only if the orders are prepaid orders.
* Exchange option is only available with the same product or amount of product i.e in this case you can exchange your product with the same size or different size of the same product or similar amount.
* Exchange option is available for one time only,after one attempt of exchange you cant exchange the same goods again.

* Exchange goods will not be returned by the buyer and no refund will be given.

REFUND POLICY

The refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Pure 9 warehouse. Pure 9 will instantly initiate the refund to your source account once the return goods received in the warehouse.Online Refund may take 7 to 10 days for payent. We request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
